Move Manager

Salary: £24,000 – £32,000 per annum + commission (TBC)

Location: Hertfordshire

Take your next step in your career with an award-winning Removals and Storage company as a Move Manager, supporting both corporate and government clients.

This role is ideal for candidates with a strong customer service and consultative background.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate and manage door-to-door corporate moves, ensuring high service standards.
• Provide expert guidance to clients and maintain clear communication with internal teams, suppliers, and agent networks.
• Track consignments worldwide and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Manage financial processes, including budgeting, invoicing, and contract compliance.
• Support team leaders in client relationship management and onboarding new accounts.
• Deliver exceptional service in line with KPIs and contractual requirements.

What you need:

• Proven experience coordinating moves or complex projects.
• Strong customer service and consultative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a professional telephone manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Previous removals or relocation industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
