European Road Freight Operator

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 DOE + benefits

Location: Tilbury (RM18)

Start: ASAP

Be part of a busy logistics team in Tilbury, managing Pan-European Road freight shipments and keeping operations running smoothly and profitably.

What you'll do:

• Operate and manage European road freight jobs efficiently.
• Liaise with clients, partners, and carriers professionally.
• Ensure shipments are accurately costed, invoiced, and compliant.
• Provide proactive updates and excellent customer service.
• Monitor profitability and escalate issues as needed.

What you need:

• Experience in European road freight or transport operations (preferred but not essential for the right trainee).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work as part of a team.
