About the Role

Our client, a well-established removals company based in West Sussex, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Removals / Export Packer to join their professional team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with removals and export packing experience who takes pride in delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service.

What you'll do:

As Removals Export Packer, you will be responsible for packing and handling household goods for both domestic and international moves, ensuring items are prepared safely and securely for transportation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Professionally packing household and personal effects for VIP clients.
• Wrapping and protecting furniture and valuable items to industry standards.
• Assisting with domestic and international removals.
• Loading and unloading removal vehicles and shipping containers.
• Preparing shipments for overseas transportation.
• Handling customers' belongings with care and attention.
• Working as part of a removals crew on residential and commercial moves.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service at all times.
• Following company procedures and health and safety regulations.
• Assisting with warehouse duties when required.

What you need:

• Previous experience within the removals industry is essential.
• Export packing experience would be highly advantageous.
• Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual handling duties.
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual.
• Good attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Excellent team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence would be beneficial but is not essential.
