About the Role:

Our client, a prestigious and well-established removals company based in West Sussex, is seeking a professional Removals 3.5 Tonne Porter / Driver to join their specialist team.

Working with high-net-worth individuals, VIPs and prestigious private clients, this role requires someone who understands the importance of discretion, professionalism and exceptional customer service.

What you'll do:

The successful candidate will be involved in the careful handling, transportation and delivery of valuable household goods, furniture and personal possessions, ensuring the highest standards are always maintained.

Main Responsibilities:

• Driving a 3.5-tonne removals vehicle safely and professionally.
• Carrying out high-quality domestic removals for private and VIP clients.
• Loading, unloading and handling valuable household effects with care.
• Wrapping, packing and protecting furniture and delicate items to a high standard.
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the moving process.
• Working within customers' homes in a respectful and professional manner.
• Ensuring vehicles are loaded safely and efficiently.
• Completing vehicle checks and maintaining a clean, presentable vehicle.
• Following company procedures and health and safety regulations.
• Representing the company professionally at all times.

What you need:

• Previous removals experience is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence essential.
• Experience driving a 3.5-tonne vehicle.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional manner.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties.
• Well-presented, reliable and punctual.
• Trustworthy, discreet and respectful when working within clients' homes.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering a high standard of work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
