Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer - Logistics

Due to expansion, Red Recruit is looking for a dedicated, professional recruiter with experience in the logistics sector to join our team. What you'll do:

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will develop client relationships, identify new business opportunities and manage the recruitment process from taking a vacancy brief through to a successful placement.

As a Resourcer, you will focus on finding, engaging and assessing candidates, working closely with our consultants to support vacancies and build strong candidate pipelines.

Depending on your role, your duties will include:

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, our database and referrals.

   

• Speaking with candidates to understand their experience, aspirations and suitability.

   

• Building lasting relationships with candidates and clients.

   

• Preparing candidate profiles and maintaining accurate CRM records.

   

• Coordinating interviews, gathering feedback and keeping everyone informed.

   

• For 360 consultants, developing business and managing your own recruitment desk.

   

What we're looking for:

• Recruitment experience within logistics, freight forwarding or a closely related sector.

   

• A dedicated, professional approach and pride in delivering a high standard of service.

   

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.

   

• Good organisation, attention to detail and consistent follow-through.

   

• The motivation to work independently while contributing to a supportive team.

   

• For 360 consultants, experience in winning business and managing client accounts.
