Are you an ambitious, commercially minded Logistics or Operations Manager looking for the opportunity to lead a team, grow a business and make a real impact?

Our client, an established and respected removals company, is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead and develop its North East operation. You do not need removals experience - a strong logistics background, excellent people management skills and a flair for sales are what matter.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead daily branch operations, performance and profitability.

Manage and motivate removal crews, drivers and administration staff.

Win new business, develop customer relationships and drive sales.

Plan resources, schedules and customer moves to deliver excellent service.

Improve efficiency and maintain high standards of safety and compliance.

What We're Looking For

Management experience in logistics, transport, distribution or removals.

Confidence leading operational teams, drivers and office staff.

Commercial drive, sales ability and a passion for growing a business.

A proactive, hands-on approach with ambition and strong organisational skills.

Removals experience is advantageous but not essential. Training and ongoing support will be provided.
