Our client, a large international audit firm in London, seek a new Assignment Services Manager for the busy team.
The team based in Central London provides expatriate management and consultancy advice to clients in a wide range of industry sectors around the world. The client base is diverse in terms of the size of their expatriate populations, the scope of services provided, and the locations.
The team are skilled in policy design, implementation and delivery; expatriate compensation and benefits planning; payroll; coordination of relocation services both in-house and in conjunction with external vendors; and work closely with their colleagues in relation to tax, social security and immigration issues.
Role:
The role of the Manager is to manage client relationships on an operational level and act as an escalation point where issues may occur. In addition, the manager has team management and development responsibility.
Daily Duties:
Principal client relationship contact and responsible for delivering positive relationships with all key stakeholders
Responsibility for day-to-day delivery of services within the parameters of a detailed service level agreement on each client within the portfolio
Responsible for the resolution of client service issues
Responsible for the financial performance of their client portfolio against KPI's
Responsible for the development of each engagement within their portfolio through proactive advice on enhancements to improve service levels and profitability
Active participation in the overall management of the outsourcing service
Participation in new business pursuits and centre visit demonstrations
Skills Required:
Proven expatriate administration background across the whole range of compensation and vendor management services
Proven management or at least supervisory responsibility
